Out-licensing

Soligenix is continuously looking to expand its clinical development programs, and is seeking additional partners to out-license all or portions of our programs. We are keen to advance our products through development and onto the market in as many indications as possible.

We would consider the following types of partnering possibilities with regard to each of our programs:

Soligenix is partnered with Sigma-Tau Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in the North American territory. We are seeking partners for all therapeutic applications of orBec^®/oral BDP in Europe and the rest of the world.

Soligenix is seeking partners for its LPM™ technology in all territories of the world. These could take the form of joint venture/co-development alliances or sublicenses.

Soligenix is seeking development partners for its ricin toxin vaccine and botulinum toxin vaccine in all territories of the world. These could take the form of joint venture/co-development alliances or sublicenses.
